Yes, though there is no Russian Campaign. For Skirmish there are the Russian, U.S., and E.U. forces.

There is a skirmish mode in the demo. It's only one map and you can play as either the U.S. or Russian forces I believe. I don't recall and E.U. forces available.

depends on diffulcty he played on easy but hard u will lose alot ur units will get owned.

on single player? no, you can only as US and NATO Forces against Russia

Multiplayer you can play as all 3 (US Vs. Russia or NATO Vs. Russia)
