They newscaster presented it like so: 'Well today Putin dropped a BOMBSHELL when he ACCUSED the US GOVNT of ....' etc etc. all in the most unbelievable tone as if 'how could ANYONE EVER accuse the US GOVNMNT of ANYTHING!!'
