The Cuban adjustment act was created during the cold war as a result of communism in Cuba. The volume for the video is way too low. Nevertheless, the US has no responsibility for Hatian citizens. Haiti is a sovereign nation unto itself. The Cuban situation is different because that country is communist. Plus, to be granted asylum, you have to meet a standard for persecution in a category such as race, religion, et cetera. Just because a country is poor and rife with crime DOES NOT meet those standards. You forget that Haitians are violating immigration law by coming here.
