This is a bit dumb, I hate how people always say they over eat and/or eat junk to gain weight. If your naturally a weight then that's your intended size, unless it's an unhealthy size you need to deal with it. And gaining weight for fun is a slap in the face to obese and underweight people everywhere.
So I have seen weight loss videos and feel inspired, after seeing this it makes me feel depressed. Women are meant to be curvy yes, but to a point. Gaining weight on purpose is foolish unless you are underweight. You have to think about your health and whether you are at risk of getting diabetes and heart disease, is it really worth it?

Hmm, maybe in that case she should move to Africa, where being fat helps your social status.
Dont you get that its not just the case of aesthetics? Its incredibly unhealthy. Being obese just makes your life so much more difficult (in our culture). Plus she will probably die of a heart attack when shes 50.

Skinny wasn't always looked at as beautiful... And in some parts of the world, being skinny is considered disgusting and impoverished... Just because American society says you should be thin doesn't mean that the only way to beauty is being thin... Conversely, just because they do it in other countries doesn't mean it's something you need to do... Intentional weight gain is about how you feel... After all, it's your body - you, and you alone, have to live in it - decorate it how you want :3
