Kurt hated that his songs were becoming mainstream and that all these other bands started cashing in on the grunge-train or whatever.

For those of you who don't understand. This is the death metal band Nirvana 2002, NOT the Seattle band called Nirvana. Nirvana 2002 started as Nirvana in 1988, before Seattle-Nirvana released their first album "Bleach". The 2002 was added to the name to avoid confusion. Nirvana 2002 folded in 1992. This is footage from a reunion gig in 2007.

@disembodiedspirits 4 years late, but, Nirvana 2002's orignal name was Prophet 2002, changed it to Nirvana, then added 2002 to the end to avoid confusion.

Nirvana and Nirvana 2002, never heard of each other until Nirvana became popular, nobody ripped each other off :)
