i looked again, the drying time is 2 friggin hours!!!! you have to wait around for the product to dry? what do you charge? $75 per chair? this method is pure junk, the edges were not cleaned, normally the dirtiest part of furniture, i use a drimaster wand, and 3-6 strokes gets the fabric flushed clean of dirt and solution, kinda like rinsing your hair after shampoo, same principle.
@thebrickinator It was a demo, the sides can also be cleaned with a brush. Encapsulation is superior to HWE when there is little nap. So what if the chair needed 2 hours to dry? He saved teh steps of pre-spraying and rinsing, and just did a vacuum, meanwhile, moving on to the possible hundreds of other chairs in the building. Time is money.
Personally, I would be using a a non-foam encapsulation, with bonnets, then I would not even need to post-vacuum.
