Some of the comments here are absolutely ridiculous. Shaw was a relative pacifist, who's ideals were shrouded in sarcasm & misdirection. I don't claim to understand the man, and yet some of the misinformed 'keyboard warriors' on Youtube like to think they are experts on his personal ideology.

The only certainty about the man though; was that he was a literary genius.

Someone who holds himself in high esteem would rather be productive and worry about his own life without trying to control others. Shaw was more of a parasite than a rational being imo.

The School says it wants to distance itself from Shaw's Fabian Socialist ideas, but his window championing the remolding of the world featuring a wolf in sheep's clothing is still on display in the George Bernard Shaw library
