Windwaker was definitely the most humorous game. I mean, Link getting shot out of a cannon into the side of the Forsaken Fortress, getting blasted by an explosion and hitting the Temple of the Gods, Link carrying around farting pigs, Link sidling along walls while I hum the Mission Impossible theme (lol), and Link meowing to pretend he's a kitty to trick that Mila into thinking no one's following her. :P

@Xiria Its also the most depressing once you think about it. Its like a post-apocalyptic Zelda game. Hyrule's been drowned, and the few that remain survive only because their ancestors managed to struggle to top of some mountains... I mean, Mt. Doom became an island of bird people, Hyrule Castle is one of the few places that isn't taken out by water...

And Ganon died the most brutal death in all of Zelda history...

The Wind Waker was also the darkest game of the series. Just in the first five minutes, Ganondorf breaks from his seal, nearly everybody dies, Hyrule gets flooded, and your sister gets kidnapped. If you look deeper than the surface, you will find a very deep and meaningful game.

@Growler666Chan I thought Link was Zelda with the NES...but that's because I got the game system for 20 dollars at a garage sale in the late nineties and it came with no manual AND I was an impatient kid and wouldn't let the story roll after the title screen. ...though, if I remember correctly, if you name yourself Zelda you get a sword icon next to your name. It's been forever since I played that.
