Im glad to see the scarpers using a grade RAKE to finish the grading The owner of my company has some strange obsession with grading with a FLAT SHOVEL and never touching a rake to grade Personalty i think that is demented thinking and it is imposable to get a perfect grade without using a rake at some point
I'm sure this video is helpful for those in the Edmonton area, but who decided every homeowner had to have a professional (read 'expensive') land surveyor do a survey of someone's yard then have it approved or not approved by a bureaucrat? The Land Surveyors Guild? Or gov't bureaucrats who never seem to be able to restrain themselves from micro-managing the affairs of citizens?
