This sounds so much like the disco songs/sound from the later seventies, really! I'm trying to put my finger on one of them. Anyway, Retro this is what's it's called, is definetly in the classification of dance pop or just pop, althought much of it isn't heard on 94.5 fm, The Beat. This could of been played in with the disco pop, nd i would think nothing of it, Maybe it was forgotten like was Rockabilly here in Vancouver Cda, back in the doowop era.
