I've gotta ask, where do you get your longswords for this? I'm guessing they are blunted? Also, is there a place I can get them for reasonable prices? I'm merely a working man, lol
@Halofreakanoid Those are made by Albion swords, and they're not cheap. However, Tinker, Hanwei, Angus Trrim and others make decent training blunts as well. While they'er not as nice as Albions, they're plenty serviceable.
I just cant believe that most people in our western world still believe that knight fighting style was just mere brute force......I mean, I like samurais and katanas and all that eastern stuff, but I just feel pity for those who think that our western heritage is just crap compared to Asian, ALL DUE TO THOSE FANCY MARTIAL ARTS FILMS (NOT ALL OF IT..)....Keep going guys, you're just DAMN AWSOME!
@SirKickz Yeah I think they'd be much less "clean" than holywood fights. much more crossguard strikes, pommel strikes, throws, grapples, etc. These guys from Arma seem to realy have brought the original arts of war back to life!

They have chapters around the world. But mostly ARMA is based in the US. If you go to "thearma (dot) org" to se exactly where.
There are ofc other groups that do the same sort of training, that are not associated with ARMA.
