@shime00 It's played like the regular verse, but John does a variation and hammers on/pulls off the tenth and twelfth fret of the G string.

really cool playing thanks. theres one bit of themain section though where you need to sort of strum with only downstrokes really quickly instead of cut it back with upstrokes as you tend to.  Left hand is cool though.

One word i got for you: perfect, that hammer on pull from 10 to 12 is really awnsome, to play the d minor variation on the 10/12 fret instead or the place where you strum the chord.

@dekkuhr - Thanks. I think Frusciante does the hammer-on 10-12th fret, G string, like I did. Sounds alot better than hitting the thinner B string.
