Difficult to nail, would not recommend, but usually:
Throw, H~K fish, IAD S bubble (feint crossup), Fish (laser), landing jH, dash other side, K Fish bite, then Spear+hold hits them on the way up and you can float them for loop.
Corner is more likely to work and can do more loops. But wouldn't rely on getting it to land, quite easy to avoid.
Oh no, I've been working on bubble loops all weekend, so anything you can offer would be helpful. Right now I'm in the process of seeing what works best and what doesn't; normally loops after okizime in the corner work the best.
My main problem is not so much set-ups but letting go of the pike at the right moment to pop the bubble, using the right bubble or IAD.
Good stuff. How do you usually go about setting up your bubble loop combos?

Use K bubble. Hold spear while negative edge the bubble and release the spear just a tiny bit after you release your NE'd K bubble.
IAD only for heavier/fall faster characters where you need to lower your height from the ground.
