i do not like the design. we are a b&o dealer, and i get to play with a lot of b&o toys. most are very cool, but overpriced. this phone, however, just looks like it was not properly thought out. the fact that the screen is in the lower portion of the phone is a bad design decision in my eyes. your thumb gets in the way during normal operation as can be seen in the video. also, "70's style dialing" may sound cool because it's "retro", but looks tedious in execution.
