@Systice4 I have no problem directly confronting peoples perceptions. To me there is nothing sacred as that is just an illusion. It's all words and thoughts and feeling. I would prefer something along the lines of "that bothers you? why?" and poke and prod myself to help others broaden their thinking. It's not "down" it's chill, or relaxing if you will. Now the word monotone denotes an unvaried tone, which this most definitely isn't. However I do agree that this type of slow, chill music does require you to be in the right mood.
