  • I have been experimenting with lifestyle ie food, excercise, etc. I have a high stress life. Highly catabolic environment, wife, kids, work, etc. I have learned how to actually perform a workout that leaves me more anabolic and I actually build muscle at the gym vs. tear down. It involves a stair step ladder process of 1/4 work to 3/4 meditation and stretch. I also use a combination of liquid foods while I workout and have learned how to digest so much better.

  • Great stuff Paul......

  • I think the word is - "moderation in all things" moderate excercise is good for you, when you are well, also followed by meditation to optimise growth hormones for tissue repairs after. excercise makes you stronger....too much compromises your immune system.

you need to fuel your body with clean foods and proteins , not processed foods- "you are what you eat"

Most importantly is Water.... drink plenty of fresh clean water after all we are 90% water . Peace to you all

  • Get the outta here. If u scientifically prove to me how exercising is bad for you I'll believe you?

  • Exercise and exorcise are totally different terms... the word exorcise comes from the Greek word exorkizein, meaning 'to swear in'. Exercise comes from Latin exercēre, a compound verb formed from the prefix ex- ‘out of', and arcēre that means restrain.

  • Hi Paul. I'm Dinos and I originate from Greece. I'm really speechless with the amount of knowledge you have !! I admire you !!!!. I'm a medicall phycist so I'm not really into anatomy thing. I'd like to ask you your opinion about squats ( I perform front squats) without weight belt.

    First, is squats essential ?

Second, could you please explain why using weight belts is wrong ?

    Thank you

    Dinos

  • Where do the figures come from? 90 % of the world population has a fungal infection?

  • True. Too many ppl workout without supporting the process with changes in lifestile and diet, which further puts their systems at risk of being invaded by external infections or lowering defences, allowing existing problems to take over the immune system causing pain, discomfort and more PAIN..Pity the ignorance of this highly educated but mindless population across the face of EARTH....

  • I can't believe I watched this entire video. Don't exercise? Look around at the fatties in the US, they didn't get that way from exercising daily.

  • lmao this video is hilarious.

  • Actually, exercise means " keep busy" or "practice". He used the definition for Exorcise. That is a completely different meaning.

  • @B0thergirl seriously, I'm glad you brought it up... peop needs reality, not fallacy.

It's my first video with this guy. Is he doing this kinda of mistake frequently? Cuz now it just seems to invalidate his entire point... :s

  • Thank you for sharing this knowledge. We are being so mislead by mainstream media.

So many people need to hear your message. Keep up the great work!

  • this guy is a loon. Exercise isn't bad for you. I started working out(and not in) last fall and lost 30 pounds and counting.

  • ill be watching a ton of your videos

  • Great Video again Paul!!! Thanks for sharing your knowledge

  • I liked you half naked better.

  • fantastic

  • great video, superb introduction for working in . everyone who goes to the gym to punish himself is like , he wants to rebuild the house and keeps demolishing it without rebuilding it. and the next day the same. paul is so absolutely right. i get thinner when i reduce my workouts and the duration of them.

  • All this stress around the world and all this misinformation makes people confused. These videos will clear out that confusion and give the keys to real health

  • I have seen this principle first hamd so many times. Most people in the gym are about a year or two away from being able to utilise the exercises they are doing, in most cases they are making things worse.

  • Paul is absolutely right........again.

I was an athlete who worked WAY too much and worked out even more, sometimes twice daily for three hours a piece, yet I still had that little bit of flab under my belly and was sick and tired all of the time. Now I rest and relax properly which allows me the energy to train the way I like (45-60 min. daily) and I don't have the flab and am full of energy!

Paul, you saved my life, thank you!

  • Wow, how could anyone beleive that Less is More?? Well, Paul is living proof, and I am here to attest to that fact! It does work, and when you get it right... The bad stuff seems to melt right off!!

  • Working out vs working in? Wow how often do you hear a fitness professional warn of the potential detriments of improperly used exercise.
