Once they find the decoy, arent they supposed to give them the sleeve?

@Tarasque018 no, they are supposed to bark until the handler comes, then calls them off, the guy with the sleeve then goes out of the "revir", the dog is put in "down" command, and attacks when the guy runs away etc etc. and they never really receive the sleeve, they bite and hold it, until told to leave it.
