Navy Pilots - Fleet Air Arm - Episode 2 - 2/3

What's HMS Herms because there are no current aircraft carriers called Herms and they're the only ships used to land and launch the jets. Now I've had a look the HMS Hermes was a carrier used just after WW2 up to 1985 and as harsh as it is there was a lot of racism back then so there's not much you could do unfortunately, I'm not condoning it in anyway, but what does this have to do with this video?

When I realised that the clip is on the the Fleet Air Arm, I remembered about the black pilots. Thus it made me to post the the comment such that people may realise that the world has come a long way from those dark days. That is fortunate in my terms, because I didn't experience the racism that was more frequent on those days. Even now you can see racists, but these days most people think twice before they make racists comments.

Sorry mate, no, you have to be British, or Commonwealth, or Irish. If you're Nepalese you can join the Gurkhas. If you have a British grandparent, and have spent a bit of time in UK, you might scrape in. Never mind - there's always the USMC!
