Flash disinfector doesn't remove recycler, it just prevents it from executing of replocating itself,, however it would be just there hiding in you registery and you "system volume information" folder.
as soon as you delete the autorun.inf folder created by the flash disinfector, it will get back to annoy you.
The Video was very informative The most annoying part is how this got in the system in the first place. But did everything as directed and it did the trick. I would also advise anyone on the XP or windows 2000 to turn off System Restore.Before following the above guide this will stop this shit getting back in. I did this on all flash drives. Thanks goes to you for a very informative and helpful video.
That may be just a false positve, flash disinfector will not remove it from your computer, just your jump drive. Malwarebytes is the only one that took it off for me anyway.
When I couldnt access my Main Drive files i just used task manager to get in for me. Then I could just launch w.e i wanted except for a few files that I actually needed for the process of deleting this fucking malware/virus. It blocked my antivirus so I couldn't scan and so I used AVG and although it FOUND the virus and claimed it had destroyed it, I still had the pop up problem as well as the sound disabled. I'm rescanning now and It might work this time around.
to be honest the only way i could get ride of gettting directed to the dodgy site was to format.i tryed every thing i thought a format would sort out the recicler problem also but no shuch luck.once i formated i could double click c drive in my computer but all my other drives were haveing the same problem as befor. i would of tryed a system restoe but sadly i hadnt set up any restor points gutted.

@ondahonda..... hi did you plug you external drives in befor you did the patch? as for the doggy sites you can delete all your cookies and temp internet files and then reset you internt explorer ......its in internet options hope this helps.
