  • What about the Bosch MUM 900 Watt ??? It will be able to handle such dense too???

  • @NiceTubeAccount

I think it's good too ;) But you have to know what kind of food you're going to process.

  • @glukometr2 pizza very dense one, I hope it will not be too hot during this process with only 900Watt, thanks

  • @NiceTubeAccount

I think it has protection before overheating. You can watch videos on YT with that machine. So you'll see the durability.

  • i'm from gambero rosso school..... oil it's the last ingredient to put in the doug....salt goes before the oil....

  • @valeriobert

    Thanks! Greetings ;)

  • It sounds really noisy, if you could compare the noise to something, what would it be comparable? I suppose that the camera amplifies the sound, it's just that it sounds so loud to me... I really like the machine though!

  • @ferbrz

It isn't super silent machine but the noise is really constant. This machine works only few minutes so all sounds aren't annoying.

  • @glukometr2 Kind of you to reply, thanks very much :)

  • @ferbrz

    You're welcome ;)

  • Thank you so much 4 your prompt reply: I'll give it a try!

  • @carmadon5

    You're welcome ;)

  • I was wondering if you would recommend the MUM for small amounts of flour as well: I use a gluten-free bread mix of 500 grams of flour with 370 grams of liquid (almost on a daily basis) it's more like a firm/thick cake mix than a heavy bread dough... It seems to be working great for you for large amounts of flour, do you have any experience with smaller amounts i.e. 2 cups of flour & is it recommendable? Thanks.

  • @carmadon5

If I make really small amounts of dough or thisck cake mix as you said, I always use a stirrer. Makes the same job as well ;)

  • whats that clip on the mixingnozzle is that needed?

  • It seems very good but is that good enough mixing 2-3kg of dough?..

  • @vagelis17y

Yes, of course! It's so powerful. I made 2,5kg of dough as well.

  • @glukometr2

That sounds good! I am searching to buy a mixer for kneading dough as main use! I think i should buy a mum like yours ;P

  • @vagelis17y

I hope it'll be a good purchase! ;) Would you like to tell me what kind of dough you want to do?

  • @glukometr2

I will mainly use it for kneading bread dough. :)

  • @vagelis17y

    Ok, that's nice! ;)

  • mee too :)

  • was looking foreward to seeing the pizza, lol good vid
