I was really happy with it, especially for late season hunting when the snow is on the ground. The deer were all over it and barely any tracks in the clover. When the frost hits it it really takes off. It's like candy to the deer and you could see where there were pawing at the snow to get to it. It's a nice annual, but you have to all the prep work the next year.
Just a couple. Last year was our first year planting this small plot. We have lot's of pictures on the trail cam this season. Hopefully it will be a good fall hunt.
I haven't been able to really do a lot of work at my farm to get it prepped to be prime hunting land but there sure isn't a shortage of herds in the valley.
I threw out some seeds for a little plot and will put out some more when I go this week but it's not going to be major.
Hopefully for this next year I can have killer bunch of food plots.

How many acres is that plot you made there. I have a 1/2 acre plot that I plan on starting for the fall.

It's probably just over an acre. We did half with Whitetail Institutes Winter Green and the other with their Imperial Clover.
