Drake's Fear takes only the first part of the trumpet piece in YMCA, slows it way down and loops it. Need proof? Search the video "Ginyu YMCA" and click on the video. Keep playing between :21-:23 of the "Ginyu YMCA" video. I know it might not sound like it at first, but that is the sample of the song.
