When the feltide crab made its charge attack roll against Vai Cairn (on which it rolled a 27) @5:06 , what defense was Vai Cairn using? I would be very interesting to know, to verify that I am implementing the rules correctly in my campaign.

Where do you get your sound effects for your campaigns? (or do you make them?) I think that such sound effects would be useful and beneficial for my campaign. If you get them from somewhere other than yourself, I would be very interested to know where. If you make them yourself I could always look for similar sounds on the internet, but would be very interested to learn what program you used to make them. (Or if you recorded them from real life)

Just curious. What is the feat he used to get a free MBA against the crab when its charge brought it adjacent to him? Threatening Point feat? Where is that feat written up? The only feat I could find to do this is the Paragon feat Repel Charge from PH3.

DnD4E video/story is an interesting idea. It would be great to see another series sometime that features a full 5 person party instead of a lone hero so that the combats are more dynamic.

Isn't playing without a DM basicly eliminating all suprise? Do you just act like you don't know anythings there? Ahwell, you make great videos and I'd like to hear more of Vai'cairin backstory and mabye you could even post a character sheet :D Keep it up you gave me alot of ideas as what as i can do as DM

Good question. In these videos, the viewer is intended to "be there" alongside Vai'cairn. I like the guy, but I don't think of him like I would if I was playing a character in a campaign. I'm simply trying to tell a story, while showing my style of D&D gameplay. I also am planning a video that gives a behind the scenes look at this adventure and Vai'cairn.

Yes, the archer ranger would be a great place to start. There are other ranged weapon classes and class builds as well (rogue, bard, warlord, seeker).
