  • @IDONTEVENKNOW33 If you have enough mass on your butt you should perform hyper-extension exercises. Barbell bridge, cable kickbacks, conventional dead lift, stiff leg dead lift, side lunges, donkey kicks, etc. Pretty much shaping exercises I described in my "gluteus to maximus" vid & "sex legs" vids. However, the woman you see with large butts have small waist lines and large anterior tilts. This creates a more visible butt by genetics, but these exercises will help.

  • I Have roundness at the right postions but I am untoned (and its jelly like when touched,even girls say that I am too soft)and it does get better if I workout but I still remain soft.Is there anything that can be done for it? Or should I remain like that .I think I would have been ok in 50s but now athletic is much more desired.

  • sexual psychology is so flexible. thin women, curvy women, muscular women, they all have a different appeal and I've been able to appreciate all of them at one or another point in my life. If we weren't conditioned we'd be able to find damn near anything attractive.

    Any shape that is perceived as feminine becomes sexy. If hollywood conditions you to think the skinny thing is sexy, then it is.  If you're repulsed by the personality of hollywood stars you make actually develop an aversion

  • @prgnt Does she intimidate you? You think the girl in pink is going to go hulk hogan on you? I am not sure if you are female or male, but understand this: 1) The girl pictured is a figure model 2) She is pictured in a FULL flex position close to her competition show 3) When you lift weights your muscles swell after but reduce in size 24-72 hrs later, increasing definition; you should know this if you workout seriously and have low body fat 4) Pink girl is her normal state, 24-72hrs later.
