one of things that always made me laugh was when peter and walter were sitting in the car durring the pilot as olivia and the other people went to catch the guy and walter just leans over and goes "i'd like to check your blood pressure."idk, it was just so random

Too bad that Peter isn't really son of Walter.
He is the son of the alternate version of Walter .
Walter loves Peter more than Walternate , because Walter tries harder than walternate to find the cure. Walternate tries to destroy all of Peter's friends .
Walter loves peter and forgave him , even when he was trapped in a mental institution by him.

The Peter/Walter relationship reminds me of Peter and Wilhelm Reich. If Walter ever tells Peter he called him "Peeps" when he was a child, that's where they got it!
