You can kill hulk pilots with 3 people in CATALYSTS...net worth around 800 thousand isk each, and the payout from wreaks of the hulks is 2-20 million...these guys were in cruisers/bc's rofl. Maybe its just old age vs. new age ganking highsec :) aka ganking, vs ganking + making money.
