Yeah, you have to constantly cut back cilantro in order to keep it from going to seed...like, every 3-4 days, unless you wanna get some Coriander out of it instead. I found this out the hard way.
@LLNWonderland The thing that is esp. ridiculous -- so we did harvest the coriander seeds, so that we could grow cilantro this year again. Do you think we remembered that? Of course not. So, we bought cilantro seeds and planted them.
