Materials have moved on since 2000 - so crash tests should not be an issue for a 2011 car.

Fabulous concept shame it never went into production.
100 MPG and less than 90g/km Co2 with 4 adults on board.
At least Audi A2 1.2 TDi and Lupo 3L went ahead - but where are they now that the market is realising the need for ECO cars?
