  • plus .. at first baklava came out from halep which is very close to my town calls gaziantep and in halep they hadnt pistachio many years ago and then they have found out in my town in gaziantep the real proper pistachio other wise baklava wouldnt be this much tastefull and to be a chef it takes many years as it took my 14 years to be a chef .. home made yeah home made baklava we call it sugar bread so enjoy it baklava is manly job not girly ...!

  • I am an baklava maker since 22 years and I am 29 years also and from turkey gaziantep and I had many discussion's with greek people if any greek person reads my txt here could you tell me whats means baklava in greek does it makes any sense? no? if no then it makes in turkish BAK = LOOK ..
