this video shows what com-passion is about. such an enjoyable lesson about bliss - that it is not necessarily tranquil, but ecstatic; that it has to do with people and birds, and apparently with pelvis-upward-spine activation, and with spiralling/spinning ... also that it doesn't pour down accidentally but can be strove for ... thank you for sharing!
