I'm 18 and I have been doing this diet for two weeks...and I have lost 6 pounds. I like it, I just wish I could see better results. How long did it take you to loose 40 pounds? Did you at first loose a lot of weight and then slow down towards the end of the year? Thanks so much
Yes my belly went down. The weight comes off from everywhere, but you start to notice the belly first. This really does work - I have lost 86lbs on the Belly Fat Cure :-)
