yes Napoleon was the greatest general from the west in last thousand years and nice human being too.
the only mistkae napoleaon did was to leave the english bastard race intact-he should have killed th eenlgish race and destroyed england rather than attacking Russia. then the world wouls have ben much peaceful and prosperous without parasitic shopkpper cum pirate race the english scumbags.
This is one of the best Marseillaises I've ever heard. Thank you, thank you. Who's the tenor? What a power, what a spirit!what a beautiful ringing timbre. The orchestra? Masterful! So even, wow! not even one instrument dares to jump ahead. With a song like this, no wonder so many nations followed the best of all French "conductors" - Monsieur N. Thanks again!
its amazing how one single man became the greatest strategist of all times and beat da crap out of europe (and the ottoman empire, if it wasnt for the british napoleon would have walked into turkey right away)
god if your going to take casualties at least keep going! so you lose about 20 men big deal! a regiment can bear that many casualties. not trying to sound like a heartless person but look at all the other charges that failed becasue of the men halting and firing back! FREDRICKSBURG is a great example! srry if im overeacting but look at how many more casualties youll sustain if you halt your men to fire back! anyway Vive Le LIBERTY!!!
Oui, Napoleon avait interdit La Marseillaise, mais...After he came to power in 1799. This battle depicts him as a general circa 1797. La Marseillaise was considered "fratricidal" because of the Terror (1793-1794). Napoleon permitted rare use of La Marseillaise and even encouraged its use in 1814.
you now nothing about him! he brought freedom to europe and all other countries were against human rights! he wasnt! the human rights were invented by the french people! so i have to say as a german citizen:
Vive la FRANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was a time the generals were in front of their men, leading the charge.
Now they are 50 km. away of the battlefield, watching the battle on computers...
The times change.

Wasn't Malkovich just awful as Talleyrand? Couldn't they have found a Frenchman to do it meilleur?
