Find a thundersstone in Lightning Field. Go to the cave with pikachu, and when it says "Will you offer a item?" say yes. select it. it'll ask for another item and say no.

Hunger seeds,i believe, makes enemies too hungry to move when thrown at them. It'll drop your belly to zero when eaten
