i did this mission before i knew you could raise the vitals with gel or the green injections, i just did it FAST and the fist time i got through, i finally did it, and at the end i messed up and did the bandages wrong ad killed him, i was so pissed off

You NEED to use your healing touch to remove all of the thorns, and then you start taking out the Triti bodies.

Useing the Healing touch is your only option untill you get used to working at an extreamily fast pace.

I hope it helped. And Ruben is the hardest patient you will ever come across. Expect more of Triti. It. like all things. Evolves

Oh yeah, if you like slather the antibiotic gel all over the heart, it makes the vitals rise better, and fall slower. You can basically do that with all operations with the same effect.
