  • Being able to stand on a block and put your hands flat on the mat in front seems to require very open hamstrings, or shorter legs than I have, but it seems that one needs that level of clearance to get the clean float forward.

    Nice demo!!

  • Thank you for sharing the technique and giving exercises for people who may not be ready for the full float yet. So far, I have only found instructions like this on Youtube.
