See that's why helmet to helmet is a bs rule. Either make it a rule for offensive players too or don't make it a rule at all. The defensive player did not lower the head until the offensive player did. It NEVER get's called on offensive players and they lower the head almost every play. As a defensive player you can either lower your head in response or get bowled over. It's a bogus rule, why can the one player lower their head to get the extra yard and the other can't in response?
