@stensonsuzanne Damien was born in Ireland but is now an Australian citizen. He wrote and recorded the song in Australia after winning Australian Idol in 2006. It is on the 'Where We Land' album released in 2007. He still has the gorgeous Irish accent though.

Damien Leith is a wonderful singer and songwriter. Yet he is often under rated in Australia. He has one of the best voices around and he is fabulous in concert. He has a great stage presence and is very funny also. This song was written to is wife and family after he won Australian Idol in 2006.

I am glad that this song has been picked up by Estee Lauder because it truly is a 'beautiful' song an dnow more people are becoming aware of Damien Leith
