Tons of black people fought in the revolution. Some of the soliders at lexington and concord were black. Early in the war, alot of black people from New England signed up to fight but George Washington later banned it because he thought it would inspire slaves, which he owned, to rebell. The British however then recruited tons of slaves to fight for them.

Rhode Island had an entire regiment made of black soldiers. The British did get a lot of run away slaves for soldiers, since they promised them their freedom if they would fight for Britain. I can't say I blame them.

The Revolutionary War was a war for freedom. The Spanish-American War was a war for freedom. World War I and II were wars for freedom.

They might have said it was to free Cuba, but if that was really true, why did we add the Platt amendment to Cuba's constitution? It was really caused by yellow journalism. As an ex professional soldier and then officer, I can tell you that the people whom are in harms way are there because they are told to be there and they are good at what they do. They justify it in other terms, but the bottom line is, you don't do it, it costs....

As to the video, its revolution alright, against the established authority, hence could be labeled terrorism. One man's war is another's revolution. Oranges come in many flavours, some sweet, some sour.
