For someone who has only be playing for a couple of years, you have accomplished a lot. Im going to guess that it was something you always wanted to do from childhood? How much practice time do you put in? Keep up the good work!

@adlibriffin No, actually when I was younger I wanted to play guitar and sing. Drums never crossed my mind that I recall. It wasn't until I started playing the game Rockband that I started thinking about the drums. I practice 2 hours a day, 4 days a week. I use to practice 5 to 6 days a week but it got to be too much with all my other demands I have.(6 children) Thanks for watching! :)

Hey Laura, I really admire your tendency to pay attention to detail as is what it takes to play a cover song correctly by another drummer...you know because every player has his/her own style. Great job & I'm thinking that you've got a clear head. In other words...you never got involved too much in drugs &/or alcohol.

@TheDrumWolf Thank you for noticing that I do try to pay attention to detail. Not all drummers appreciate that, they think I should just 'do my own thing' and not try to copy the original drummer exactly. But then isn't that the whole point of doing a 'cover'?? Especially if you are playing along with the original song. It wouldn't sound right if I didn't try to play it exactly. When I play the songs from my band The Mydols, THAT is when I do my own thing! :)

Wow Laura!... That was excellant I thought! I like that song but actually forgot about it and now I had to go download it so I could hear it again! LOL...
