  • I did that once.

  • I did this on the PS3 version

  • Aww man, you ruined it. Maybe you can get that little bat guy to fix it for you.

  • Well isn't that nifty, never seen that happen before.

  • I lold when Link said your the man naow dog

  • @creaturecorp wut?

no its not, his hair is supposed to b purple

  • Looks to me like that's what happens when the magic meter gets too high. Guess that's just the next sprite it has to display, probably used for something completely different elsewhere in the game.

  • uhh you broke it, I guess you need to have your magic meter fixed.

  • did anybody see the ghost of misery mire? (well not see it but noticed that sumthing dropped a bomb?)

  • @creaturecorp nah its the same in the gba version too (i havent played the snes version resently so im not sure if it like that in that game 2)

  • Does this work at Snes

  • You heard of the Ghost of Misery Mire Glitch? It's in both GBA and Snes version.

  • @bakazeldafreak It's actually one of the armors you get that does that.

  • how do u find the cape and the gold medallions?

  • Were you able to fix your meter? This keeps happening to me and I don't know how to fix it and I'm getting tired of having to start over every time it happens.

  • It's a "curse" which halves the magic you need to do a spell. So it essentially doubles your magic meter.

  • @TheBritishChild So it is a good curse.

  • @B0BTEX HAHHA I just replied to a comment that is a year old.

  • acutaly i dont know lol

  • English failer is you!

  • @nl262 Did you mean "it means less magic is available for your spells"?

  • Question:

This was before is armor was one color. It was only green on Zelda 1 and 2 because of its limited graphics.

Also, why can't you count? It's obviously more than two.

    Third, so what?

  • I don't understand......

  • It was a comment you posted 6 months ago. It was a FAIL comment so I replied to it.

  • hey can anyone tell me what the point of that 1/2 on top of the magic meter means?

  • it's like in the newer games where you can double the length of your magic meter.

It just means that all the magic you use is cut in half, effectively doubling the size of the meter.

  • hahaha THX!

ive been trying to figure that one out for a while.

  • One out of two.

  • did you all see the marsh ghost he defeated at 00:8 they are real and there are 3 of them in this marsh. they are a glitch in this game, they cannot hurt you, and the game publishers said they are registared as zoras.

    weird.

  • This is interesting but there is a logical question. In Order to have that many hearts you would have had to enter the final castle... why then would you need to reenter this castle? Or you missed some heart pieces!

  • i tried it doesnt

  • lol thats nice :)

  • I remember a few months ago I tried this on the actual SNES

    ...but it didn't work...

or maybe i did it wrong...

  • The game is this old and still full of hidden miracles...5*, that was entertaining.

  • so this is the actual SNES version?? I'm pullin mine out of the closet to try this XD

  • I doubt that would work...

  • It doesn't work...

  • ????????

  • nothing like snes version

  • Were i can find the red shield???

  • you can either buy it for 400 bucks or something from the shop north of the thieves village or you can upgrade the regular shield by giving it too the fairy by zora's village (be honest)

  • whoa! you broke the magic meter!!

  • it looks like the magic meter lost its finger nail lol :)

  • So did you try it on console yet?

  • My friend once complete the entire game. one day i asked him to show me the ending, and in the process a little white speck began to follow link around. when my friend struck the sword with B, the screen when black with a constant tone that sound like when you use the mirror.

Upon resetting, he discovered that his file was erased.

Did this happen to any of you guys?

  • I broke the magic meter once when I played this game as a little kid.

  • I'm pretty sure you used a Game Genie for that because I did that once on the SNES, you used the infinite magic code and changedjust one letter or number to a D,E, or F (forgot which one).

  • is their any usefull glitches on this game?

  • i hated that castle!

  • Ice Palace was worse.

  • lol I think you broke it.

  • ...ummm he did

  • lol! im gonna try that on mine!

  • lmao

  • Hah, he killed the "ghost" when he was doing that. Its what dropped those bombs. If I remember correctly, the "ghosts" were NOT fixed in the GBA version.

  • it rises on the gba version, but quickly goes down.plus, when i tried to drink the blue potion, it wouldn't unless i got out of that spot

  • Believe it or not i once got all the items but im still on lvl 4

  • did u use the mirror glitch? lol thats very useful

  • lol

  • wow....... thats amazing =(

  • grate, its broke. kool! ^___^

  • hey where you get that red boomerang

  • Remember where you go to get the flippers?

Well just before you enter the land of the Zorro's, there is a small water fall embedded into the rocks, go through there and throw the bommerang in.

Its the same place in the Dark World where you get the Quake Medallion. (But you can only do it in the light world)

    Sean

  • Nice glitch! And lol that you still have Blue Mail with Lv.4 sword and Mirror Shield. Nice job and thanks for showin both glitches!

P.S. Was this the SNES version, or the GBA version?

  • SNES.

No voice-over in this one ;)

  • his hair is purple because at the fith dungeon in the past he gets a new costume and changes his looks

  • Link's hair is always purple in LttP no matter what armor he has on. That's just how the sprite was colored.

  • WHY IS HIS HAIR PURPLE

  • Thats really cool!

  • lol I've discovered a funnier glitch in alttp (but on gba) If you want to see it check out my videos...but it's awful quality

  • Interesting! I've played A Link to the Past many, many times but I haven't seen this glitch before. Thanks for the video.

  • Wow nice lol.
