Niiiiice...I have a 3 month old Dell laptop, biggest mistake I have ever made....blue screen of death 2 times in the first month....major piece of shyt, will never own another Dell....the worst part? waiting on hold for an hour for a tech to help me, a very bad english speaking tech, and a msg kept coming on saying "for an additional 279.00 we will connect you instantly to an english speaking tech"....i was so pissed
