This seems like a pretty cool product. However when I write papers I usually wing it and BS my way through the paper. Which usually involves a lot of rewriting as I go. This still might be worth it if the program's punctuation is close to 100% correct. If it is it may be worth buying just for that because it seems almost everyone, myself included, suck at comma usage and punctuation in general. I don't remember the last time I ever used a semi-colon.
Your commercials suck. PLEASE for the love of Mike, STOP! Continuously bombarding people with lame infomercials isn't going to move more units. It's not like someone's gonna say, "Okay, you got me. I've seen this commercial a million times, but number one million and one broke me. Sign me up!" At this point, I don't care if my life depended on it, I would NEVER buy Dragon.
@thundermaker313 Yeah quit marketing your product to try and sell it...... fool. Look at the stupid snuggie commercials and how many they sold. Fools keep buying snuggies except me and I've seen that commercial hundreds of times. If you don't like the commercial change the channel. I figured that would be common sense for most people but apparently not.
@doseofreality100 It's not the show I'm watching that I have a problem with. It's the God awful commercial that I don't like... fool. I figured that would be common sense but apparently not.
@thundermaker313 you are the fool sir. No one is tying you down to watch the commercial. I don't know anyone who actually watches commercials to begin with.
Does this program add in punctuations like comma's and apostrophe's? That's the main factor for me. My grammer skills are terrible and I'd want this program so I wouldn't have so many punctuation errors. Does this program add automatically the correct punctuation to complex sentences? And does it type onto like microsoft works, open office, or any writing program? Or does it have a specifc dragon writing program? And can I download it onto say my laptop and work laptop or just one? Please reply!
I have to say that I'm a little underwhelmed by Dragon 11's recognition ability. It screws up a lot of what I say...I don't think that I speak unintelligibly, but I had hoped for a lot more. :(
(continuing from previous comment) If you make it have 10 day trial and make it only type every 3 words, they're gonna think "what the hell i wanted to try it out, if its this bad why should i pay $70? ill just try a torrent" it, actually people will torrent it either way because they simply can and its there, but if you give them a chance to actually try it they'll think "hm, ive been using this alot, I'll go ahead and show some support and buy it, id also like to try out those extra features"
Also, if you have trials of it, don't hold back too many common features, just the extra good features, and if its time limited, make sure you keep it a decent amount of time, say 30 to 60 days, so they'll make sure they want it. It'll help you in the profiting and in reputation. (read next comment)
I just seen a commercial of this program, it looks pretty good, it looks a little slow though in the reaction.. If I were you, after Christmas, I'd recommend dropping the prices down, I see programs that are as small as 5 bucks, have torrents up on the web, you need to remember that in this generation, its easy to get pirated software nowadays, and most people won't fork out $70 dollars knowing they can easily find a free copy on torrent sites.

Just wanted to say "Thanks" for the 10 minute commercial with all the precious Benetton rejects.
Nothing like having the show I'm watching completely grind to a halt for a mininfomercial.
The bloody sitar-on-a-banjo loop about gives me fits.

What about the "uhs" and "ummmsss" that people naturally do when they are thinking about what they are saying?
