I'm guessing that all the times he uses the word "grace" in his songs, he is NOT generally talking about his daughter. It's a word, it has its own meaning. This album is totally different and it is done that way; when you buy the CD buy the one with the documentary; it explains how they almost broke up as a band before they started making this album bc they couldn't get along. LeRoi came along and said they have to stick together for the fans and that they had to change their sound a little bc it was getting stagnant. So in my opinion this album is more rock n roll, more powerful and definetly written for Leroi, but most important DMB lives on!
