Moonlight Cancelled - Someone had to speak out about it

Great job on the video! I hope CBS and other networks watched the video. Is there more that we can do to save this show? I've written letters and comments to CBS, Warner Bros., the CW, and a local network in my area; and bought the dvd.  I agree, Moonlight, is a great, well-written, put-together show, probably the best show that is/was on television. Probably the only vampire show I watch, but Moonlight isn't really a vampire show. It has action, romance, great storytelling, and drama.

Their upset just because they lost one million. I mean honestly come on. Do you know how many more you would have picked up in that time. Honestly. Sure you went down by 1. In other words your saying that you cancel it because of a 1:7 ratio. That's just wrong. And like she said not that much advertising so considering that i think it went really well with the amount they got wihtout advertising. Imagine how many more. Think about that.

Yes there were just a lot of people who couldn't wait through the writers strike. But there werer those of us who were waiting and hoping for that next season. Moonlight gave me my friday night tv back. I and i know many may find this hard to believe but i actually stopped watching tv on fridays cause there was never anything good on i wanted to see. Then moonlight came and I was like YEEEEES!!!! Now its gone and i dont' watch friday night tv again i've gone back to the internet. And their upset

The reason for most of the ratings droppings was because of the writers strike , that had alot to do with it,,gee they need to give it another season to see how many people will be on that network during Moonlight!!!!

they are just idiots because this is a show we all love and they just cancelle it but it is annoying i watched every week and it came apart of me also the way they ended the serious him and beth kissing. we need at least another series i think we should all of us should make poster and signs telling cbs to put the show back on you know like to go to the place where they are and make them put it back up they are just so annoying i need that show i would every week make a cup of coffe and watch it

Help us save Moonlight. Seek it out online. We LOVE this show!!! It is my favorite. I am so sad. It is UNbelievable that it was cancelled. I actually cried!! It has everything. Detective, fantasy, romance and excellent storyline. I so hope it will be picked up by another network. Thanks for the video here. I agree. It really did not have much advertising. Thanks again.

Seems to me that it's not a show's fault that it's not being watched; it's that darn channel! No one seems to want to watch CBS except for reality show nuts! American Gothic, Beauty and the Beast! So many good shows on that channel go to cancelation heaven before their time!

I really want them to bring back Moonlight or move it to another show, but Im not sure if it's about rating or viewers. When the writers strike ended, Yahoo made a slideshow thing on which shows would have a next seasons, which wouldn't, and which were on shaky ground. It said that Moonlight was on shaky ground due to "backstage issues". Perhaps some cast members were getting along or they couldn't raise enough money? Perhaps if they can't bring it back on t.v. they'll make it into a movie?

I really appreciate this video. I found ML on DVD back in 2009 on Halloween. I never heard of it, but I watched it and fell completely in love with it. I was furious beyond words when I found out that CBS was responsible. They committed a murder by cancelling this show. Ever since I have been trying to campaign for it. For 3 years fans have been pleading for this show from all over. H50 needs to be cancelled and ML returned Fans should get WB to give it to FX. Screw CBS.

That's true. I watched Ghost Whisperer every week and I still didn't even know what it was until I decided to just keep the TV on after Ghost Whisperer. And don't forget the PTC!
