I have this model. It is beatifully made. Sometimes the problem are front and back wheels. But the solution is bit of spunge (or spring if you are good enought to put it there) under front (to push it down) and lots of additional weights on back bogey.
It works quite well and the loco is an exellent runner now.

It's a Fowler-design 1928-built 2-6-4 mixed-traffic tank engine, model is Hornby R2738.
The model is a 2008 re-issue of a c2002 version. Regards, Rob
