He is saying that Microsoft wants to offer the opportunity for developers to complement each other in this way.

yeah only if you want a 14 million dollar computer with parts costing even more ... im not pro-windows, i use linux, but PC is far far better product than mac, and more compatible .... i like all my PCs and laptops, and i regret to this day i every bought a mac a year ago .... thats my 2cents, but i wish MSFT should burn in hell and die ...
yeah compatibility is not the issue seeing how macs can run windows and its software. I bought 2 computer at the relative same time. one pc and one mac. they are 6 years old. they had similar specs. the pc is a piece of junk and can not run the newest OS (Vista). My mac on the other hand runs like new and runs the newest OS an will be able to run snow leopard this fall. all im saying is the windows OS is behind OSX in so many ways (Not all) that right now for my computing needs i choose mac
