Did they watch this video? I've just uploaded my own problem video with the Harmony 525 and don't know whether they can watch it or not! Did your problem get fixed?
@jquinn90 My remote was deemed defective by Logitech and I had it replaced by Future Shop (where I originally purchased it). Logitech was willing to replace it themselves if Future Shop wouldn't.
