  • I agree my weight gainer makes me feel so full im gonna puke, but in the end, i am hungry after 2-3 hours after drinking it. dont let your metabolism die out its like a fire, if you stop fueling it its hard to get it started again, but if you add fuel time to time the fire will burn most efficently.

  • when I used serious mass i used the scoop from my glod standerd and would have two scoop of serious mass with milk after every meal about 4-5 times a day, it worked pritty well i dident miss any meals because I was full on shakes and see some good gains

  • @JesusFingeredBabies i saw their vid on it. They are not wrong. If you are just starting keep it simple. You will make gains with chest and tri together and back and bi. Im am advanced. and as anyone advances you will see to take it to the next level you have to switch things up to spark new gains. and moving tir with back and bi with chest and one way. a great way actually. Try it your self and see how hard you can push you muscles together and seperate. let me know how it goes for you .

  • @charles598 hey man, its really all personal prefrence to what works best for your lifestyle. and it really does work. i know im not ray but i have been takeing this for a wile now. so what i find works best for me is to take it between meals. kinda like a snack. so that way it gives your boddy time to use it up and get hungry for your acuall meal. and ya i do a cup of SM/ for each drink and have about 3-4 a day. if you have any more questions just inbox me. hope this helped

  • I'm in the same situation with this product. I'm really full after I drink it. Hell I'm really full all day long because of constant eating. I just get a big glass of water when I eat, stuff the food in my mouth, chew it up, and then wash it all down with the water! lol

  • This is actually a really great product, tastes pretty good too. I had to stop though because the heart burn, nausea, loss of apatite and fatigue was too much to bear, so I had to go back to trying to get my calories through food alone. But not everyone will have such severe reactions to it.

  • @JReel17 I definitely recommend supplementing whey if your not getting enouph through your diet. Count how much protein you get in one day and see if you get around 1 gram of protein per lb. of body fat or a bit under that is fine. If not then get yourself some protein. I recommend ON Gold Standard Whey

  • Idk why people waste money on weight gainers unless its IMPOSSIBLE for them to put on weight. Im an ectomorph and my genetics arent great and I still manage to put on weight eating an extra 200 calories daily with some junk food involved. But hey, thats just me.

  • @JReel17 Its because weight gainers are actually cheaper ex. 5 lbs. ON Gold Standard Whey=48.99 12 lbs. ON Serious Mass= 42.99 they have to make it cheaper because the serving size is rediculous and you run out very fast
