Im am advanced. and as anyone advances you will see to take it to the next level you have to switch things up to spark new gains. and moving tir with back and bi with chest and one way. a great way actually. Try it your self and see how hard you can push you muscles together and seperate. let me know how it goes for you .

This is actually a really great product, tastes pretty good too. I had to stop though because the heart burn, nausea, loss of apatite and fatigue was too much to bear, so I had to go back to trying to get my calories through food alone. But not everyone will have such severe reactions to it.

Count how much protein you get in one day and see if you get around 1 gram of protein per lb. of body fat or a bit under that is fine. If not then get yourself some protein. Idk why people waste money on weight gainers unless its IMPOSSIBLE for them to put on weight. Im an ectomorph and my genetics arent great and I still manage to put on weight eating an extra 200 calories daily with some junk food involved. But hey, thats just me.

Maybe u can just take it later on in the day. Like leave your workout to like 6pm and then take it. Bedtime is right around the corner so it doesnt matter that your full. Just a thought.
