  • good job dude, nice perform KEEP IT UP

  • Strong stuff dude! For those who can pump at this level will agree how difficult it is to even get those dumbells up w/o any spotting. Keep it up...

  • did he died after this?

  • thats heavy

  • Comment removed

  • thats impressive

  • im one month old havent been breast fed yet and i shoulder press with 2 150 lbs dumbbells

  • He kinda looks like Jose Raymond

  • i am 4 foot tall 130 pounds yet i use 150 pounds ur fuckin weak dude

  • @khav11 you're also legally considered midget. and i would image your reps are about 6 inches. get over yourself short stack.

  • @cliffjumper11 how sad

  • @cliffjumper11 that was a joke you mentally ill child i am 6"7... 6 inches you say?

  • fuck thats strong

  • well talk about ugly yellow equipment

  • YOU built muscle right there MAN! just eat +calories! :D

    DY!

    HIT!

  • so much power lol wish i was that strong, grate work man!

  • He looks like he should be able to do more for his size. I can do 100's for 8 good reps and I'm quite a bit smaller than him.

  • I like the color scheme of this gym. It reminds me of Caterpillar construction equipment.

  • 5 reps only?

  • looks like a gym that sportie spice workouts at......

  • how the hell can he do that?? he doesnt even look that strong

  • @bleachisgreat963 nah hes pretty bulked lol seems like hes around 220 body weight

  • @bleachisgreat963 LOL. GO LOOK AT HIS VIDS HES A BEAST. he stopped posting like a year ago this dude is strong as fuck and huge

  • this is good form, he's breaking 90...I really don't see how much further he can go without fucking up his rotator cuffs, good job bro..keep it up!

  • i like the look on that gym lol

  • flossyshid, i no its proper form for a full range of motion but if you watch ronnie colemens vids, he doesnt go up that far

  • @omgsour ronnie coleman doesnt focus on a lockout for the simple fact that the most stress is from the bottom of the rep, and for the most part momentum will carry the weight the rest of the way, so he just does half reps to focus on that bottom explosion to hopefully spark growth, i personally feel like the upper half of the rep involves more triceps cuz ur straightening out your arms

  • As long as he works his way up slowling and lets his body adjust to weight over time he will be fine. I have seen roiders get too strong too fast and tear tendons and shit that were not ready for the stress

  • who ever is saying ur gonna hurt urself if u go past 90 is just a fuckin idiot. its completely fine to go past 90 its the only way i do it its better form bigger range of motion. i hate ppl who do half reps like u u try to look big by grabbin huge weights and movin up and down 3 inches ur a fuckin idiot keep workin out like that see how small u stay

  • @flossyshid

Yup - loads of guys with little Popeye muscles in my gym - full range = nice long muscles. Personally I'm glad some people put vanity first in the gym - it makes me look better! ;0)

  • strong

    85 here

  • nice body man and don't care you have agreat body monster :$

  • haha i now a 17 yr old kid that can do that weight and more reps

  • Great job bro...keep it up. Strong shoulders dude and great form...very smooth reps.

  • oh and i guess its ok that he elevates his chest causing an arch in his lower back right...causng what? his lower back assiting in the lift when a shoulder press is made to isolate the deltoids with the triceps being the assited muscle...

  • Are you saying people should only ever keep a straight back and never EVER lean back a little to add abit extra weight ? If so then how are you supposed to work your way up to doing 105 with a straight back? Its not really harming himself or anyone else is it.

  • good job man, must of these shoulder press videos guys lean against that pad doing incline chest but this was actually solid form... good work

  • my weight is 240 lbs, I can do 110 lbs 8 reps 4 set.

  • great form and good range of motion. solid work.

  • This is 105'=47,63x2kg yes?

Not too much, i'm 1 year BB 184lb is my weight.

    I make 3x8 with 79'x2 (36kgx2).

  • How much does this dude weights anyway? to me it looks like hes doing pretty much his own bodyweight here

  • shit your a monster

  • thats it? weakkkkkkkkkkkkk

  • do it better and make a video of it ;)

  • Is that the best you've - are you like 2 years old? You got owned again! ****Reply IF YOU LIKE TO LICK DIRTY ARSE CRACKS***.

  • i do like to lick dirty arse cracks. your moms is the tastiest

  • His form was poor. At the bottom of the rep, you need to keep your elbows at 90 degrees. This really loads the shoulder muscles.

That said, still an impressive lift.

    BB

  • i thought his form was fine. You're seeking perfection on that 90 degree. He got real close.

  • ???

  • that and he needs to lift straight up at the top and not form a big letter A. hitting the dumbbells together at the top doesnt do as good a job as lifting them straight up.

  • That's true "jf1gd2"

  • yup, i mean it's impressive he can lift that much, but if you can't safely handle them and execute proper form what's the point other than to show off?

  • how about we just lift heavy and fuck "form" for once? lifting heavy doesnt mean youre trying to show off. when you lift heavy your form isnt going to be as good as what it could be lighter. for fuck sakes it gets annoying reading form police comments on every fucking video HOLY SHIT

  • showing off is for posers. lifting is about getting bigger and or getting an exercise. showing off leads to injury.

  • lets all take your opinion and skimp on heavy lifting. better to get weaker then to look like a showoff eh bud?

  • Comment removed

  • or not perform a meaningless exercise meant only for impressing people and risking injury in the process

  • how in the flying fuck is a dumbell shoulder press meaningless and meant to impress people? jesus christ youre speaking out your ass now

  • and risking injury? grow a pair of fucking balls and take your tampon out. i cant fucking stand guys like you that will come up with an excuse for how bad every fucking lift is....SHUT UP AND LIFT

  • yeah dumb fuck, its not supposed to go beyond 90 degrees and besides that hes doing more weight than hes physically able to hence he can only do 5 reps. thats where injury comes from, doing too much weight just to look cool and tough. if you can't do like 8-12 reps it's not meant to be, go down a few pounds.

  • why is it not supposed to go beyond 90 degrees? because your dumbass says its not supposed to? are we all supposed to bow down to you and lift to the degrees you do because you know all? doing more weight then you are physically able to means that 5 reps with a weight is bad? it only counts if its in the 8-12 rep range. everything ive learned was from the great louie simmons. do you know what powerlifting is? you should research some stuff on his training. jesus fuck what a stupid post

  • I second that. Doing low reps with heavier weight periodically is an excellent way to build strength.

  • learn ur shit man. im a fitness instructor and 1-6 reps is 2 build strength. how do u no he aint aiming for that?

  • youre a fitness instructor and cant tell that he is using bad form going past 90 degrees? what'd you do go to a two day crash course to become certified as a "fitness instructor"? you must be infallible now. doesn't look like you graduated high school cause your spelling is shit.

  • No 1 writes the entire words because it takes to long, but because your having a cry i'll write in proper english. I didn't graduate high school no because im from the UK lol But i did finish school lol I did 2 years in college actually not a 2 day crash course. If you go past 90 degrees all that happens is more triceps come into play, its not that big of a deal and like i said if he's trying to improve his strength then 1-6 reps is the right rep range.

  • You're an idiot. Going past 90 degrees is not bad for you. I am a personal trainer and there was absolutely nothing wrong with this dude's form.

  • i dont give a fuck what you think. just because you went to a trade school for a couple weeks doesnt make you qualified to weigh in on this matter. you arent a doctor.

  • What the fuck does being a doctor have to do with anything? Just 'cause you've been reading the latest muscle & fitness doesn't mean you know shit. I'm here to tell you you don't. And I didn't go to a trade school jerkoff I'm nationally certified through a few orgs.

  • oh let me see, it has to do with them knowing more than just a crash course in physiology than your stupid ass and their degree being more valuable than your sorry ass trade certificate.

  • Dude, you're a fucking idiot. Doctors diagnose and treat injuries and illness. Outside of that most of them have NO idea of what they're talking about when it comes to exercise and nutrition. That's why there's "personal trainers/strength coaches" and "registered dieticians/nutritionists". Moron.

  • last time i saw one he knew everything about weightlifting and what causes shoulder injuries. they actually know science not some shitty crash course. youre just jealous that all you could do with your life is attend a trade school. loser.

  • Dude, you're a fucking clown. How do you know this "doctor" knew everything? 'Cause he said so? How about instead of making shit up and coming across as a fucking nimrod you try and educate yourself so you don't embarass yourself over and over again.

  • dude, the doctor has an MD which took years of hard work, not a multi-week crash course. why dont you go educate yourself at your local community college with something better than a shitty trade certificate.

  • And we've already covered that doctors diagnose and treat injuries and illness, not teach weight training techniques. You and your "doctor" don't know ya'lls elbows from your assholes.

  • and we already covered that your trade certificate is meaningless and anyone can earn one in a few days whereas a doctor's training and credibility far exceed someone as worthless as you.

  • And we've already covered no one can understand you with that dick in your mouth. Most certs require a lot more than a "trade certificate" jerkoff. Do some research before you make an ass of yourself, douchebag.

  • and weve already covered that you became a personal trainer so you can put multiple dicks in your mouth.

so yeah, i think my doctor (who works out too) has way more credibility than you. your 2 weeks of ROP aren't worth shit and are a fraction of his knowledge...and your wage is also a fraction of his salary. just accept that youre a nobody.

  • Dude, not only are you an idiot you're unoriginal. I don't give a fuck what your "doctor" says or what his medical knowledge entails 'cause the facts are if he thinks lowering the db's past 90 degrees is harmful he's as fucking useless as you are.

  • I agree with your statement, but just because your a personal trainer doesn't mean shit. There are weekend certification courses for becoming a personal trainer. And yeah the argument is defiantly there because depending on your genetics this could hurt your rotator cuffs. But I highly doubt it would.

  • thats hypertrophy playboy.... strength is 8-12...power 3-5, hypertrophy 5-8! and endurance is 12+

  • look m8 ur on the net right now do sum fukin research! 8-12 = hypertrophy!!!!!!!! strength is 1-6

  • yeah because im sure that small of a detail is going to make such a huge difference and make his form "poor"....give your head a shake you fucking duster

  • LOL - That's so pathetic you make me laugh. Go on swear some more...

  • hahahaha nice comeback you fucking cocksucking faggot. im right. youre a fucking dumbass hahahahaha

  • You are sooo funny, we are laughing our asses off at this. Look at the big man, hiding behind the internet swearing at strangers cos he thinks he is 'right'. What a joke. Are you going to swear some more now ? Go on...we're waiting...

  • i win....you lose fagboy hahaaaa

  • You're a fagboy, really ? figures.

  • you bob for apples in the toilet... AND YOU LIKE IT! hahaaa

  • Whats the bodyweight? looks like 200 to me or so?

  • good technique man

  • yellow gym lolz

  • outdoor gym??? wtf lol thats a first

  • looks like theres no roof and the moon is full ,good reps

  • love all the posters talking about how they can do the same, no you can't.

  • It wouldnt take many years to accomplish this, ive trained 8 month and can get the 42.5s up on my shoulders for 4 proper reps. not half reps, proper ones. It all comes down to diet, time you train, how often you rest, how intense your working out is and how dedicated you are (naturally of course)

  • you have a point, but progress slows down the more weight you can lift.

  • i could that and it didnt take years of training. maybe like a year

  • what a beast

  • some people talk crap.thats a serious weight it would take years of training to lift that

  • it depends actully - i only do millitiry press for half a year or so and i allready can press 85s - but my bench is quite low (only 240) so it depends on psycichs and genetics i guess - also my bodyweight is really low - 140LBS

  • why would i lie on the internet that just dumb ive been lifting for only 6 months but eating right and lifting 5 days a week with mass supplements. thats what can get u strong and big is dedication. i also have great genetics im only 15 at 215 6'2 with 10 percent bf. norhemi u probably have small bones and werent as lucky with what god gave u. on the other hand my genetics allow me to excell in sports and weights.

  • really good form, insane weights

  • im 15 and i do the 100's by 5... this is not that impressive my bro does the 130's by 12 no juice

  • is 5 reps his normal rep range for everything??

  • 5x5 routines are pretty common. They're great for building a lot of strength.

  • he could just be on a power gaining program (5 reps) instead of a hypertrophy program (12 reps)

  • he could also be doing lower reps because some body types respond better to lower reps as opposed to the common 8-12, like for me i like to do 8-12 for arm stuff but 4-10 in chest shoulder and back copound presses.

  • compound exersizes

  • Nice job. Good form. Got those up easily enough. I'll get there someday. I'm up to the 90's now. I have a vid with the 85's if you feel like watching it!

  • good work.. nice first rep, i normally need a spot for that one if im going for 5 reps

  • nice, I like how you just whipped them up, most people have a hard time starting them like me over 80-85lbs

  • 105s is natrual from hard work if he was on juice he would be small for juicin. but hes big n strong for natrual

  • nice job man, u seem like a guy who would work hard and eat right instead of taking roids like most of these big fake jackasses on youtube.

  • I like the technique to get the weights up, was wondering how you were going to curl it up :)

  • thats how your supposed to do it or u could stand up and swing em up then sit down

  • These arent steroids at all. He is a decent, hard-working man, and probably worked for years to get to that level of strength. For that I respect him, and you should too.

  • hardwork...

  • guys like you making comments like this lets me know you are that guy who has piss poor genetic and have been doing the same amount of weight you've been doing for the last 4 years and havent had any gains since you first started.

  • @natureboypkr Actully you might wanna blame the people who have good genetics and no results - a person with bad genetics for psychis is not to be blamed for it since he was born that way - but a person who has a choise well =P u get me point

  • @muzimuzi gotcha

  • where does it say he weighs 65 kg?

  • Strong good reps

  • SCARY!

  • how much you weigh? and how tall are you?

  • and he wheigs 67kg..

  • his a strong man nothing more nothing less....

now i bet he wheigs about 95-100kg. searsh for "yuri van gelder" and you will find a dude hu sholderpressed 135kg, and that was the first time he ever visited a regular gym XD

  • smittan15: Please post a link confirming that Yuri shoulder pressed 135kg. I want to know more about it...

  • This is one of my favorite excercises.

Excellent form and great strength indeed!

Screw these brats who bash on you, I know no one who can lift that much (me neither).

  • I prefer using the machine when it comes to the Shoulder Press, though. 50 kg x 5 x 3.

  • It's always hard work to actually get the weights up there, yes. Once you have them up there, that's half the job done. I take it these are two dumbells, weighing 52.5 kg each. I can only do 22 or 24 kg each like this I think.

  • Look, pretty simple-- they each weigh 105 POUNDS.

  • i dont know whats more impressive actually gettin the weight up there or the press! damn.

  • he's natural

  • good job man thats a lot of weight, never see people in the gym i go to go heavier then 80's, i see that quite often but i guess people get intimidated by anything heavier then that. i have a friend though who can get up 100's for a few reps though.

  • very impressive, good work

  • amazing

  • this is not in the least bit impressive

  • says the e-lifter with no vids...

  • can we have sex? i won't tell anyone

  • thats awesome, try doing it on a short bench though

  • DAMN MAN I CANT CALL U WEAK

  • Ronnie C says: "yeah buuuuddddy,...light weight"

    Nice lifts!

  • Made that look easy.

  • bskola you are an inspiration, man. And how you get that grip with the gloves on I can't figure. I need bare hands c. 80 or so (=calluses). VERY impressed. S/F Mike

  • nice bro

  • great shoulder work, unbelievable to keep that amt of weight balanced. Looks like a room full of powertec equipment, which I use at home.

  • nice presses...low too..not some half ass way lifts. good job

  • You handled that weight well. Nice form for such heavy weight. Well done.

  • hehe ok, made more sense then ^^

Still good! Im only doing like 80 pounds atm :P and im not progressing...

  • dont say only, 80 is still good, i can do 70 for 4 reps

  • pounds? 105 in total?

  • 105 lbs in each hand

  • great stuff man! I am jealous!

  • congrats man.. thats intense.. plus thats good form for that heavy

  • bah i seen bettah... not rly ;)

  • u sir r a beast
