Our younger daughter's fiance is italian and she can confirm that this is what takes place at her future mother-in-law's home at Christmas. Elizabeth has been on the kitchen detail following the meal and has also acted as the "designated driver" after one of these "feasts".  We're always glad to see Elizabeth & Julio the day after Christmas because they come bearing delicious leftovers that feed Don & me for a week! :o)) Great video Alfred!

@ShirleyJean1000 No one beats Italians for food and they LOVE to eat. When in Sicily, we were invited by a group of Sicilian friends for dinner and advised Jasmine not to eat too much from each serving because she'll be full in no time. She only tasted till the middle course then she was full.

They are very good with food - I LOVE Italian food and pastry AND their wonderful ice cream.

Thanks Shirley and hope Elizabeth and Julio bring you some "leftovers" again.
